As mentioned in my previous post, I took pictures of some of my *ahem* great works of chinese writing, and will showcase them here now :)

Looking at my handwriting then, I can only wonder, what in the world was I thinking?
(Not like it has improved much now anyway)

Chinese essay about chasing idols which I wrote... earlier in the year, I think.

Shi mian guan jun (which means insomnia champion)
I was supposed to write shi ming (blind) lah! Careless what. HAHAHA it's so fun stumbling across these kind of ridiculous pieces of work when I'm packing my room. Brings back all the memories of lessons with all kinds of teachers. I'll miss Cheng Lao Shi so much! Her lessons were the best!!! :(

Now you see why I say Taufik's and Hady's chinese handwriting is so nice, because when you put them side by side, yours truly's writing skills does leave much to be desired.

Original meaning of bu4 ze2 shou3 duan4: unscrupulously

Modified meaning: No limit to breaking arms

zao ju of fa1 ren2 shen1 xing3

Meaning of fa ren shen xing: Set people thinking; call for deep thought

My sentence: He is a person who sets people thinking, no wonder no one likes him.

?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Doesn't make sense right, now you witness the profoundity (I don't care if there's no such word) of my chinese language abilities!!!!

wan cheng ju zi

Don't know what does bu jie zhi yuan mean, but thinks it's something along the lines of a fate which isn't understandable??? So according to my definition of this cheng yu, the meaning of my sentence is: He is a smart kid, and laid down an intangible fate.

Okay, no meaning whatsoever. Hahaha.

Oh man! Look at the amount of wrong words!!! Unforgivable!!!

my zao ju of hu yu (which means something like urge people to do stuff) : He frequently urges people to lose money (was supposed to write donate), this means (but my biao is wrong) he's not one who's only concerned about monetary returns.

and my zao ju of jia yu hu xiao (which is supposed to be SUPER EASY since we learnt this dunno how many million years ago) : He is a widely known person.

Technically this translation is correct, yet, in the cheemiology world of the chinese language, jia yu hu xiao can only be used on stories, famous tales, etc. And not on human beings!!!!

Hilarious display of my chinese proficiency. Which further proves the very laughable fact that I'm taking higher chinese!!! HAHAHAHAHA

And erm, all these things were back in secondary one. yah. Except the essay.

Apparently, this is supposed to be a hand which is partially corroded by the drops of acid.

And this looks more like it. Hahaha and I just realised the test-tubes I grew don't even look like test-tubes!!! They look like some kind of... like you know those kind of top hats, which the people of Mr Men like to wear? You know you know, that series of Mr Men books! Many wear hats like that! :)
